Deliveries via Royal mail

We send our baked goods across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail's 24-48 hour services. 

  • Once your order is dispatched from our bakery you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

  • Please note that we offer Royal Mail delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. 24 hour delivery services aims for next day delivery but is not guaranteed. 48 hour delivery services aims for the delivery to arrive within 2 days but is not guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any delivery issues, including late deliveries, once the order has been dispatched from our bakery. However, we will always do our very best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.

  • Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address.

  • Please note that our parcels may not fit through the letterbox. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.

 

Deliveries via Deliveroo

You can order either on the deliveroo website or by using the Deliveroo app, available on iOS and Android. If you are in the Harlow area, simply add your postcode, search 'Caribbean Treats by N-ticing Cakes', choose your food and place your order.

 

Once we receive your order, we'll get to work preparing your food and then carefully package it. Once it's all ready to go, a Deliveroo rider will pick it up and bring it to you.

 

We are typically open Monday-Sunday 11am-11.45pm. Please note that holidays and annual closures may change this.

Please note that we do not have any drivers of our own therefore we rely on Delivieroos courier fleet.
